Keck City Center Ramp Des Moines, IA

A seven-level, 700-car parking structure over two levels of commercial development. The street level consists of theaters while the second level is retail space which is traversed by four skywalks. Precast concrete is the main building material and was used to form the double helix ramp from street level to third level parking.
