A three-story turn-of-the-century factory building remodeled to house the offices of the Adel City Administrator, Clerk, City Council and city utilities. A two-story lobby with ceramic tile, steel stairway, and tropical planter with fountain, incorporates the existing exposed steel columns and a city-salvaged antique transaction counter. An elevator and handicapped accessible restrooms were also added.
