Control of the project budget and schedule are of paramount importance at Design Alliance. To ensure success, we have developed a quality control program that is under the direct control of our Executive Council.
The program requires that a Project Manager and Partner-in-Charge
be assigned to each team.
The project team, including
our consultants, understands from the onset of a project that a
design must not only meet the functional and aesthetic needs of
the client, but must meet or be under the project budget and be
produced on time.
