Remodeling of Des Moines Golf and Country Club included expansion and renovation of the current dining area and a new casual bar and lounge for its members. The area renovated was approximately 5,500 sf with a total project cost of $650,000.

Design Alliance worked on a Design-Build basis to remodel an existing retail space into a large, state-of-the-art fitness facility. Spaces include cardio, free weights, lifting, spinning, group exercise, locker rooms, saunas, tanning, kids club, sales and management areas. Colors and design elements were selected to create a unified, elegant environment.

The existing salon was expanded into additional retail space at Valley West Mall.

This project required working closely with the City of Waukee to create a building that was affordable, but in compliance with the local zoning and development codes.

This small retail store required coordination of Subway standards, mall requirements, and local building codes.

The addition and renovation provided the YWCA with increased room for a day care, wellness center, recreation room, adult youth activity space, reception area, and administrative offices.

This seven-level, 700-car parking structure rests above two levels of commercial development. The second level contains retail space traversed by four sidewalks. Precast concrete—the main building material—formed the double helix ramp from street level to third-level parking.
